Principal Broker & President/CEO

Christopher brings over 24 years of corporate experience and a deep passion for real estate. He founded the company with a vision to provide exceptional property management services that was lacking elsewhere, ensuring every property is maintained to the highest standards and every client receives the personalized attention they deserve.

As a property investor with a corporate career in sales, marketing, and management, Christopher has honed skills in negotiation, training, customer service, and strategic planning. This unique blend of expertise, along with a deep understanding of the Pittsburgh real estate market allows him to offer unparalleled service. Christopher is committed to the fundamentals of providing quality service, fostering strong relationships with property owners and tenants alike, creating a seamless and satisfying experience for all parties involved.

Christopher is a husband and father of 4 and loves travel, the outdoors, and health and fitness.

Vice President of Operations

Nikki expertly oversees day-to-day operations. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing efficiency, she ensures that every property under DeSantis Property Management runs smoothly, delivering exceptional service to clients and tenants alike.

Balancing her demanding career with her role as a dedicated mother of four, Nikki understands the importance of creating environments where families and communities can thrive. Her leadership style is rooted in collaboration, empathy, and a deep commitment to excellence, qualities that have helped her successfully manage both her role at DeSantis Property Management and her busy household.

In her spare time, Nikki is an avid reader, often found with a book in hand whenever she has a moment to herself. Her love for literature fuels her creativity and also inspires her love of travel.

Todd

Director of Property Management

Todd is a Pittsburgh native graduating from Shaler Area High School. Todd also graduated from Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA (Business Management & Accounting). He is a licensed real estate agent and holds the Accredited Residential Manager certification from IREM.

After a short career in the accounting industry, Todd was presented with a new career opportunity in residential property management and has not looked back. After 17 years in the industry (both residential and commercial management), his path lead him to the Director of Property Management with DeSantis Property Management. Todd uses his vast experience and professionalism daily to ensure he meets his clients’ expectations and advances their goals.

When he is not practicing all things real estate related, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and son and golfing. You can also see him around the city of Pittsburgh playing guitar at local establishments.

Barbara was born in Pittsburgh, PA where she has lived for most of her life. Living in the city throughout her child and adult life has made her well versed with the different neighborhoods throughout the Pittsburgh area.

With a vast background in property management, Barbara is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and fostering positive relationships with property owners and tenants alike. Barbara believes that effective property management goes beyond day-to-day operations; it's about building strong, trusting relationships and making a real difference in people’s lives.

In Barbara's free time you can find her finishing her Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Barbara enjoys spending her time relaxing at home with her family and cat with an iced coffee from Starbucks.

She graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Communication and has built a solid career over the past decade in property management, along with three years in human resources. With a strong background in customer service, Shannon takes pride in helping others and brightening their day. She values building meaningful relationships with clients and residents alike.

As a mother of three, Shannon loves spending quality time with her kids and enjoys outdoor activities. She's also passionate about traveling and exploring new places, always eager for her next adventure!

Leah is originally from Somerset County with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Management from Saint Francis University. She has always wanted to live in Pittsburgh is thrilled to have grown some roots here the past several years.

She has nearly 3 years of experience in leasing and property management, along with 2 years of prior management experience. She finds fulfillment in assisting new tenants during the move-in process and enjoys helping property owners exceed expectations and get their properties rented to great tenants in a timely fashion. Leah loves cats, watching scary movies, and enjoying time with family.

When not engaged in real estate activities, Benjamin and his wife enjoy spending time with their six children and five grandchildren.

Office Manager

Donna Treemarchi is a Pittsburgh Native has a long career as a paralegal and is our office manager. She graduated from Community College of Allegheny County where she earned her Paralegal Degree. She is a very hard worker, reliable and loyal and strives for positive results. She enjoys gardening, landscaping and entertaining. Donna also enjoys her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Administrative Coordinator

Kasey is originally from Upper St. Clair. She has worked in property management for 3 years. She has always worked on the Administrative side and strives to help in any way she can. Her favorite part of the job is talking to clients and does her very best to problem solve anything that comes her way. Her favorite color is pink and her desk shows it. In her free time she does photography. What she enjoys most with taking pictures is seeing the smiles on her client's face after they receive their pictures.
