- Provide clear communication, accountability, and oversight throughout each project
Preferred Vendor Disclosure
We believe transparency is essential in everything we do. As part of that commitment, we want property owners to clearly understand our relationship with D&C Construction:
- Financial Interest: DeSantis Property Management holds a minority ownership interest in D&C Construction.
- Purpose of Relationship: This arrangement exists to ensure reliable, around-the-clock service coverage, consistent quality, and efficient handling of maintenance requests of all sizes.
- No Obligation: Owners are never required to use D&C Construction and may request alternative vendors or competitive bids at any time.
- Fair Pricing: All work is expected to be performed at competitive, market-based rates, with no undisclosed markups.
- Transparency: Owners may review invoices and approve major repairs prior to work being completed.
Our priority is always to act in the best interest of our property owners—delivering dependable service, fair pricing, and complete peace of mind. While we value our relationship with D&C Construction, we fully support owner choice and will work with any preferred insured vendor when requested.
